We want you to be completely satisfied with your Chāmpo hair care ritual, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns on products that do not meet your expectations. Please ensure items are returned in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original shipping box or a similar sturdy container, ensuring all lids are tightly sealed to prevent leakage.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal and affix it securely to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
